Hosting covers hosting, SSL and security, backups, uptime monitoring and technical support. Website Care adds maintenance, security monitoring, regular updates, minor text and image changes and up to 30 minutes of changes a month. Management adds a full hour of changes a month, priority support, performance optimisation, ongoing improvements and minor development work.

A revision is a consolidated round of feedback on the design and content. Starter includes 1 round, Business includes 2. Further changes are charged at £50 per hour.

Your page list, text content, images, logo if you have one, and access details for your domain. If content isn't ready yet, we agree a structure first so the build isn't held up.

Yes. Every package includes a mobile-friendly, responsive design tested across common screen sizes.

Basic SEO setup is included in Starter and Business: page titles, descriptions, sensible structure and indexable content. Ongoing SEO campaigns are outside the packages and would be scoped separately.
